JM Family's philanthropic mission is to be a leader in corporate citizenship, and through strategic utilization of our resources, improve the quality of life in the communities in which we live and work.
JM Family associates, at all of our business locations, are committed to community service.
At JM Family, one of our top priorities has always been to give back to the communities in which our associates live and work.
We consider it our corporate responsibility to share our success by helping others. Our philanthropic efforts are focused in the areas of families, education, multicultural diversity, the arts and health.
Established in 1993 by Jim Moran, Founder of JM Family Enterprises and subsidiary Southeast Toyota Distributors, the African-American Achievers awards program annually recognizes individuals for their exceptional contributions toward enriching the quality of life in South Florida.
As a family-owned company, our corporate values have always focused on the family. We've made it a priority to support efforts in our communities that provide children with a positive foundation from which they can learn, grow and thrive. Driving Stronger Families was created to leave a lasting impression, or "signature", within our communities.
Through Driving Stronger Families, our partnership with Habitat for Humanity offers opportunities to associates in many of JM Family’s major business locations to help build houses into homes.
What A Difference A Day Makes!, our newest initiative, was developed from associate feedback. This unique program partners JM Family with non-profit organizations to complete several one-day community projects. Working together, JM Family associates and their family members demonstrate how much we can accomplish in just one day! Current partners include Kids In Distress, Daily Bread Food Bank, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County.
