JM&A Group Announces Executive-Level Promotion

Gavin Tennant promoted to Vice President of Customer Services

To continue to evolve and achieve its long-term growth strategy, JM&A Group, a leader in the F&I industry for nearly 40 years, recently announced an executive level promotion. 

Gavin Tennant has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Services, overseeing all claims and customer service operations in Deerfield Beach and St. Louis. With nearly 300 customer service associates servicing dealerships nationwide, JM&A Group’s customer service teams handle an average 8,700 calls daily and pay over 145,000 claims per month, exceeding $35 million.

Beginning his career with JM&A Group in 1999 as a college intern led to various positions of increasing responsibility. Tennant excelled in roles such as Workforce Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Assistant Vice President of Customer Service, and most recently at leading the company's redesigned dealer portal initiative called Dealer Source. 

Tennant has degrees from University of Manitoba in Psychology, Northwood University in Finance and Automotive Industry Management, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He lives in Boca Raton, Fla., with his wife and three children.
