Southeast Toyota Distributors Announces Seven Senior Level Promotions

Deerfield Beach, Fla. – Ed Sheehy, President of Southeast Toyota Distributors, announced seven senior-level promotions during a year of increased sales momentum and a robust line-up of redesigned Toyota models.
 
A subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., Southeast Toyota is the world’s largest independent distributor of Toyotas and Scions. The company distributes vehicles, parts and accessories to 175 Toyota dealerships in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Southeast Toyota dealers sell approximately 20 percent of all Toyotas sold in the country.
 
Throughout its 45 years, Southeast Toyota has remained committed to evolving and addressing the challenges of the automotive industry, providing superior customer service to its dealers and taking the steps necessary to develop its next generation of leaders.
 
The organizational changes, which become effective June 1, include: Hank Grooms will assume the new role of Vice President, Marketing and Field Operations; Michael Brennan will be promoted to Vice President, Marketing; Ray Natour will be promoted to Vice President, Field Operations; Al Green will become Vice President, Vehicle Processing and relocate from company headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Fla., to Jacksonville, Fla.; Andy Eccher will be returning to Deerfield Beach from Jacksonville as Vice President, Distribution and Accessories; Mike Stark will assume the new role of Vice President, Sales Planning and Administration; and David Vincent will take on the role of Vice President, Market Representation and Business Management.   
 
“We are excited for these associates and the role each will play in guiding our company and preparing our organization for the future,” Sheehy said. “These moves will best position Southeast Toyota to partner with the dealers we serve in a rapidly changing consumer environment while bringing innovative new thought leadership to our company.”
 
In his new role as Vice President of Marketing and Field Operations, Grooms will be responsible for creating a unified strategic direction for the entire group. Prior to this position, Grooms was Vice President of Marketing.
 
Brennan, formerly Director of Accessory Sales and Marketing, brings field and operational experience to his new position as Vice President of Marketing and will continue the ongoing transformation of the department. In addition to the current marketing functions, Marketing will also focus on internal business strategy and customer retention.
 
As Vice President of Field Operations, Natour’s field and fixed operations experience from his previous position as Director of Parts and Supply Operations uniquely positions him to advance the company’s initiatives of creating “customers for life” throughout the field organization.
 
Green, formerly Vice President of Market Representation, has served in multiple leadership roles in Deerfield Beach and will bring extensive experience, along with his team-building skills, to the Vehicle Processing Centers in Jacksonville.
 
Eccher will be returning to Deerfield Beach as Vice President of Distribution and Accessories. Prior to his new role, Eccher was Vice President of Vehicle Processing in Jacksonville and has held various positions in distribution, accessories and operations.
 
As Vice President of Sales Planning and Administration, Stark, previously Vice President of Distribution Planning and Accessory Sales, will continue to provide strong strategic direction for the company while also adding responsibility for customer loyalty.
 
Vincent, formerly Vice President of Field Operations, will take on the role of Vice President of Market Representation and Business Management. Vincent has extensive leadership experience in a variety of roles and brings a complete understanding of dealer operations to his new assignment.
