Crisis Communications
Following a crisis such as a hurricane or other weather incident, associates should respond to the JMFE Alert System message to report their safety. This message will be sent to associates once the all-clear has been issued.
For the latest business updates, including office closings, associates may still call the Associate Hotline (800-789-JMFE). Please note, the Associate Hotline is no longer being used for associates to report in or request assistance.
